pan seared 8 OZ salmon filet dusted with cajun spices
ZACK STEAK STACK
twin filets topped with portabello, monetary jack cheese and a jack daniels brown sauce
CHICKEN PARMESAN
lightly breaded breast of chicken covered with fresh mozarella and marinara served over linguini
CHICKEN MARSALA
sauteed chicken medallions smothered with fresh mushrooms, caramelized shallots and marsala wine over linguini
CRAB CAKES
single or double ¬ blend of jumbo lump crab, mayo, secret seasonings, touch of bread crumbs and pinch of old bay
